I have recently discovered Tolaria.md. A markdown first, YAML frontmatter, knowledge base tool. Have found good success with it.
LogSeq for notes. Recently moved to Zed - markdown format with Claude code for an LLM Wiki. Now exploring Tolaria with the same markdown folder.
Oh man - Tolaria looks very cool, definitely going to give that a look very soon
